Software Review: Zoho Projects
In test project management software, the next review centers on a one-stop website called Zoho. The project management software is called “Projects” and it even integrates with Google login or you can use Yahoo login along with creating one on their website. This makes it very easy to login since you don’t have to remember an additional login. Even if you don’t use either of these, you will still be able to login and enjoy the project management software. Another good thing is that you can have unlimited users too.
Fees:
- Level 1: Free (1 Project, 100 MB Space)
- Level 2: Standard ($12 monthly, 10 Projects, 2 GB Space)
- Level 3: Express ($20 monthly, 20 Projects, 8 GB Space)
- Level 4: Premium ($35 monthly, 50 Projects, 10 GB Space)
- Level 5: Enterprise ($80 monthly, Unlimited Projects, 25 GB Space)

Even though there are multiple fee-based levels, they also offer a free level for those who want to try it out before buying. There are limitations to what you can do on the free level but overall you get the full experience the software. I’ve been using Zoho Projects for about a year and have found that there is a learning curve but once you learn how to use it, then it can become one of your favorite project management tools.

Do check out DeskAway (www.deskaway.com) project collaboration tool. Simple, powerful and affordable for small businesses and teams. Got its own twitter-style updates for each project.
