How You Respond is Everything!
“How you respond is everything”, I told my daughters when they faced difficult situations in school or at work. I can vividly remember one of them crying and wondering when we were going to get out of a difficult financial situation. She was feeling the pressure of cutting back on things we used to do. I was out of work at the time and under a lot of financial pressure which I handled with prayer and celebrating the little victories of everyday living. My advice to her was to do what I was doing because how you respond is everything. People are watching what you do and they will gain, or lose, based on how you deal with it.
